Kiddivit is committed to providing you with peace of mind when you shop with us. If for any reason you and your baby are not happy with our product, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price. No return(s) necessary as part of our hassle free shopping experience. We truly appreciate your interest in our products and cannot thank you enough for trying them.

INITIATING A REFUND

Please reach out to our customer service team here to request for a refund along with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please be sure to provide us with your order number and the reason for return. We will refund you a maximum of one bottle of each kind with no questions asked!

Once we’ve received your refund request, our team will process it as quickly as possible to get your refund back to you. The fund will be issued back to the original form of payment that the order was placed. Please note that it may take your bank up to 3 - 5 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Kiddivit and your credit card company. If for any reason you still don’t see the funds back into your account, please first contact your credit company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5 - 7 business days from when the refund was initiated, please send us an email at hello@kiddivit.com
